The Bronte is officially back and what a comeback it’s been!

After a period of renovation, our doors are open once again, and our space is better than ever. The Bronte spirit never slowed down, and now we’re proud to be back home, right in the heart of the community, ready to do even more for our young people.

We kicked things off with a fantastic Grand Reopening Event, and it truly was a day to remember. The celebration brought together our community in style, with an incredible lineup of guests and activities. We were honoured to welcome special guests including the newly elected Lord Mayor, William Shorthall, along with our amazing patrons, Jamie Carragher and Lee Butler who helped mark this important moment for The Bronte.

The day was full of energy and creativity from inspiring spoken word performances, including a brilliant Scouse slang poem by Joseph Roberts, to a lively charity football tournament that brought everyone together. There was music, entertainment, and activities for all ages, capturing exactly what The Bronte is all about: community, opportunity, and fun.

And this is just the beginning. With our newly renovated space and a fresh programme of activities and services now underway, we’re more excited than ever for what’s ahead.

Come down, get involved, and be part of the next chapter of The Bronte.

Our current efforts

We’ve achieved an EPC Rating of A – the highest possible energy efficiency rating.

As part of our £5 million redevelopment, Bronte has been transformed from an ageing, gas-heated building into a modern, low-carbon community hub using highly efficient air source heat pumps and other energy-saving measures. This helps reduce running costs and our environmental impact while creating a comfortable space for the community.
